In priority order: the first line that applies is the one you press. Hover a spell for what it does.

Ranked by how many of a race's racials touch what this spec does, read out of the game's own wording and out of the weapon its gear list aims for. Those are lit; the number on the right is the count. It is a measure, not a verdict: nothing in the beta has been parsed yet, so anything stronger would be a guess.

3 new, 28 rewritten, 5 no longer taught, across the whole class. Every ability, rank by rank.

In the Destruction tree

• IncinerateDestruction gets a filler that is worth casting, instead of Shadow Bolt with a Fire coat of paint.
• Bane of HavocDamage to one target is mirrored onto another, which gives Warlocks real cleave for the first time.

Elsewhere in Warlock

• Demonic PactSacrifice one demon to summon another without the full cast, which removes the worst part of swapping pets.
• Bane of AgonyCurse of Agony's ramp is reworked so that the damage is not wasted on short fights.
• All DoTs can critThis is the single biggest scaling change for the class, and it affects every tree.

New abilities

• Portal of SummoningBegins a ritual that creates a summoning portal. The summoning portal can be used by 2 party or raid members to summon a targeted party or raid member. The ritual portal requires the caster and 2 additional party or raid members to complete. In order to participate, all players must be out of combat and right-click the portal and not move until the ritual is complete.
• IncinerateDeals 145 to 168 Fire damage to your target and an additional 25% damage if the target is afflicted by Immolate.
• Explorer ImpSummon your Explorer Imp. Though it cannot fight, it can travel through portals to explore other worlds and bring back treasures.
