In the Balance tree

• EclipseWrath and Starfire now feed each other instead of competing, turning Balance's rotation into an alternating cycle.
• Damage over time can critMoonfire, Insect Swarm and Rip all benefit, which changes how Balance and Feral scale with gear.

Elsewhere in Druid

• Omen of Clarity is baselineIt no longer costs a talent, and it now procs from spellcasting rather than melee alone. That is why it is missing from the Feral tree.
• MangleA single bleed-amplifying strike usable in both cat and bear form, which gives Feral one button that matters in either role.
• Wild GrowthRestoration gets a genuine group heal. Classic Druid healing was almost entirely single-target.

New abilities

• LacerateLacerates the enemy target, making them bleed for 50 damage over 15 sec plus 10% weapon damage per existing application of Lacerate on the target. Causes a high amount of threat. This effect stacks up to 5 times on the same target.
• ReviveBrings a dead player back to life with 70 health and 135 mana. Cannot be cast when in combat.
• Wild GrowthHeals the target and their party for 490 over 7 sec. Party members must be within 43.5 yards of target. The amount healed is applied quickly at first, and slows down as Wild Growth reaches its full duration.
